Springtime madness

The madness, it is calling to me. We have had about two weeks of wet gross weather and the past few days have been glorious. There were some clouds and rain thrown in, but the in between time has been beautiful. It’s nice outside. It’s rather pleasant and it’s just right for wearing shorts and playing in the sun. When the wind blows it can be a bit chilly if you are not in the sunshine. This is causing me some Spring madness, you know, beyond Spring fever.

I really like my new theme here, but I want to brighten it up a bit with some spring time colors. I have been playing around with lots of combos and I can not decide what I want to do color-wise. So I am going to toss it out there to my lovely readers: what color combos make you think of spring? I would like to utilize about three main colors and then where necessary I will choose some shades from that.

  5. I think the blue is in, but it will probably be a brighter sassier shade of blue than the pale blue shades. Something that will go with the same orange at the top of this comment form.

Chef - thanks to you orange is really growing on me. BTW, I found two somethings I want you to look at. I’ll send them to you later today. I was going to “fix” the double post, but then I saw it bumped you up there. Although Holley has been MIA ’round here and on the phone for a while. I’m about ready to send out some scouts to find her.

  6. Great…something to look forward to as I am fighting the nasty cold going around. If I would just park myself on the couch for a day, I think I could beat it but that is not something I do easily.

  8. Well, when you finish spucing up smocklady land, could you come spruce up mine. I’ll give you a cat.
