Pepparkakor

I love ginger cookies. I love gingerbread. I love ginger ale. I love many things ginger. When I think of December one of the things that comes to mind is my absolute favorites: Pepparkakor. I could live on these. I’d do most anything for these. My sweet friends in Shreveport brought me us me (fine) us, a large can of them Sunday to church. It’s a sweet deal I make each year to get these. I make a batch of Scottish shortbread in return for these. I think I get the better end of the deal. Either way I think they are awesome to go to the trouble of tracking these down for me. It makes my December!

The only thing I don’t like about Pepparkakor is that I have to share them. *sigh*
