I’ve been holding on to this photo for a very long time, waiting on just the right day to post it. So totally inspired by OMSH’s latest photo upload. I didn’t want her to feel bad or anything for living where stupid signs get posted; I felt her photo needed some “stupid company”. On one very looooong trip to Macon, Georgia and back we stopped at a Rest Area for a quick drink and leg stretch. We were coming into Alabama from Georgia (traveling west) and pulled into the Alabama Welcome Center on Interstate 20 and we parked directly in front of this sign:

I’ve stopped there, but didn’t see the sign. THAT IS HYSTERICAL!
Just proves that some people just do what their told without thinking about what they are doing.
You’d think they’d see the stupidity of that!
Of course, it’d probably take a committee and $23,958 in tax dollars to have the sign changed. (sigh)
