See, I can’t even type properly they are so numb. I’ve been writing code and importing files all day long. Yes, People, all day long while SmockDaddy has patiently cared for the children and patiently paced back and forth from his computer to mine to see “if I’m done yet” with his conversion. It just hasn’t been that easy and it’s so far from finished that I wonder if it will get finished. Yes, it will get finished because I love him.
The really sad thing is that every. single. link gets lost in the conversion process. So as I’ve been fine tuning each and every post from the old crappy xanga site. The comments get lost in the RSS feed so those are getting added in via cut and paste. It’s. so. gross. this. way. I have read so many bloggers that have abandoned their former blogs and wish they could import their archives or regret that they didn’t. I want to make sure SmockDaddy has everything he’s done. WordPress is so. much. better. And now that I have him set up on his own website he can do whatever he wants - no limitations. It’s a much better world over here. That’s right folks; he’s not a member anywhere now. No blogger. No blogspot. No typepad. No b2. NO XANGA! We are our own crowd.

Well, how about that? Y’all are pretty impressive, being code writers. I wouldn’t know whatever else I want to do; and I don’t dare to take the time to learn just now. I have yet to find the time it seems I must take to fully utilize Xanga Premium, which some generous “one in the Xanga community” apparantly has made available to me.
I appreciate that it must be a better world over here, but I’ve always lagged behind the crowd. I suppose I’ll be a Xangan for a while yet.
