Taco Soup
makes about 6 quarts
Ingredients:
1.5 pounds ground beef, cooked and drained
1 large onion (optional)
4 cans of Mexican-style chili beans, undrained
(red beans, substitute well)
1 large (30 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 large (30 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 large (30 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can chopped green chilies (optional)
2 packages taco seasoning mix
2 packages ranch style dressing mix
1.5 cups water
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a crock pot. Heat until hot. Serve.
Toppings:
corn chips, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, shredded lettuce
