1. What time did you get up this morning? waaay late, 6:55
2. Diamonds or pearls? Diamonds are a girl’s best friend!
3. What was the last film you saw at the cinema? The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
4. What is your favorite TV show? CSI (all of them) and Crossing Jordan
5. What did you have for breakfast? breakfast? oh, coffee.
6. What is your middle name? given Elizabeth, now my maiden
7. What is your favorite cuisine? Food and Wine
8. What foods do you dislike? Dislike food?
9. What is your favorite chip? Intel Pentium D (dual core processor), ok, technically not a chip, but it’s what I thought of when I read the question.
10. What is your favorite CD at the moment? My mix, my favorite songs on CD thanks to the ‘puter burner
11. What kind of car do your drive? Depends on day and whose with: ‘97 Ford Winstar or ‘01 ‘Burban
12. What is your favorite sandwich? Philly Cheese Steak (not really made with a filly)
13. What characteristics do you despise? lying, gossipping, manipulating, lacking in loyalty
14. Favorite item of clothing? Anything comfortable
15. If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would you go? Scotland
16. What color is your bathroom? Pink and brown, but not by choice
17. Favorite brand of clothing? Talbots, Laura Ashley, Land’s End, L. L. Bean, Columbia
18. Where would you want to retire? the mountains
19. Favorite time of the day? early in the morning before everyone gets up and it’s quiet - the house is still hushed and I have it to myself, for a few moments
20. Where were you born? Texas City, TX
21. Favorite sport to watch? GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLL
22. What type of detergent do you use? All Free and Clear
23. Coke or Pepsi? Coke!!! duh!! (I’ll leave that, ChewyMom) remember my favorite drink of choice (see previous post) and if not available, Dr. Pepper
24. Are you a morning person or night owl? Morning, see #19
25. What size shoe do you wear? 5.5, but so that I can wear shoes that look like I really am a grown up I wear a 6 or 6.5
26. Do you have pets? Pets, no. Zoo, yes. Dog (mine) a German Shep mix named Betsy; Cats five - 12 year old littermates named Little Buddy and The Skipper (other littermates included Ginger, Maryann, the Professor, Lovey, and Thirsten Howell, III), a 9 year old ferrel named Suzy who adopted us, two 10 month old littermates named Topper (TopHat) and Nimbus; 2 hamsters, a bird named Tot-Too, and a few aquariums (salt-water).
27. Any new and exciting news you’d like to share with everyone? no
28. What did you want to be when you were little? a wife, mother, and veterinarian (which might explain #26)
29. Favorite Candy Bar? any that are chocolate, preferably with peanut butter too
30. What is your best childhood memory? Going on a vacation on a friends boat and traveling through many tourist-y places like Wikki-Wachee and Disney World.
31. What are the different jobs you have had in your life? Assistant to bank president, postal employee (at college station), youth worker, veterinary assistant, wife, mother, business owner/partner
32. Nicknames: Mama (accoridng to my four year old it’s usually preceded by whatever color shirt I am wearing, ie, Green Mama) and probably many I may not know about :)
33. Piercings? ears, 3 in left and 1 in right and they won’t grow back
34. Eye Color? green
35. Ever been to Europe? No, wanna
36. Ever been toilet papered? Yes, and forked
37. Love someone so much it made you cry? What mother hasn’t?? (this, too, was ChewyMom’s answer, but I see no need in changing it.)
38. Been in a car accident? Yes, 4 -none of them my fault
39. Croutons or bacon bits? both
40. Favorite day of the week? Friday
41. Favorite restaurant? Crescent City Grill and Poogan’s Porch
42. Favorite flower? Blue roses and Scotland Heather
43. Favorite Ice Cream? chocolate if just the ice cream, but vanilla otherwise - ’cause I put anything with it like hot fudge and caramel, even peanut butter with the hot fudge is wonderful. But peanut butter on chocolate ice cream is really good too.
44. Disney or Warner Brothers? Disney, but depends
45. Favorite fast food restaurant? Sonic!! uhm, duh - favorite drink of choice, see #23
46. What color is your bedroom carpet? eew, grey bluish, boooring - I’d rather hardwood
47. How many times did you fail your driver’s test? 1 - parallel parking
48. From whom did you get your last email? a blogging buddy
49. Which store would you choose to max out your credit card? Don’t do credit and that’s a really hard one; it’d be between a furniture store and a bookstore and I don’t think I could pay full price for anything.
50. What do you do most often when you are bored? not much time to be bored w/ 5 kids (again, ChewyMom’s answer fits) we’ve got five-a-roni too.
51. What is your favorite season? spring
52. Last person you went out to eat with? the two littlest ones in the house
53. What are you listening to right now? the children in their make believe land
54. How many tattoos do you have? I’m not tellin’
