It’s Saturday. The laundry needs folding. The last soccer game needs playing. The soccer party needs attending. Bedsheets need changing. Furniture needs dusting. A closet needs cleaning. Thrift store donations need donating. I am sure you get the picture.

But here’s a cute story about Princerella I want to share.

Heads up history:Last week we had to send $5.00 to school with each girl for the Christmas project they are making for their parents.
The story: This past Wednesday I was in the kitchen washing dishes.
Princerella walked up to my side and said, “I wash my hands at school.”
Me: “Good. Do you wash your hands after going potty?”
P: “Yes.”
Me: “Do you wash your hands before lunch.”
P: “Yes. And when I have paint on my hands.”
Me: “You get paint on your hands?”
P: “Yes. Ms. Powell told me: Be still Princerella and spread you hand out wide so I can paint it.”
Me: “Oh. Ms. Powell put paint on your hands?”
P: “Yes.”
Me: “Why did Ms. Powell put paint on your hands?”
P: “Because I was painting. I make a Christmas Tree like a big triangle at school for you.”
Me: “Oh.” Realizing that she must be telling me about the Christmas Art Project I then said, “Are you supposed to be telling me about this?”
P: “Noooo. So I will whisper to you.”

You know, because whispering makes it OK. ;)
