Oh to be able to do this again. I used to love skipping rope. Technically, I still can, but I would tear up my left knee if I tried. Actually, I did do it today. Birdie did not believe that I could jump rope.

OK, the day the deed was done, her arm looked like this:
Last week at her appointment it looked like this:
And she was given the go ahead to take off the brace with the only exception being no contact sports for two more weeks. She has one last appointment before she is cleared.
