Again and again and again

I feel like my baby who thinks doing the same thing over and over and over and (well, you get the point) is just so fun. Although I do not think it is fun. Especially when it is saying the same thing to my children over and over and over and (well, you get the point her too, I am sure).

While I do have fun with this blog this time around it was not so fun. I lightened the templates up, worked with some colors and decided that this is pretty easy on the eyes. Your eyes alright with this?

I got the rounded corners in here although it’s not the way I would like. I absolutely detest doing rounded corners or other layouts with all these images. I just want it to work via CSS only. Plain and simple. Period. But rounded corners via CSS are not necessarily plain or simple.

I am working on photoshopping new headers. I some old ones up for space holders they were not the correct width. I have learned how (pretty simple, really) how to make my rotating header photos have neat little rounded corners so they match up with the theme layout.

A dream come true for me would be to learn how to make the CSS tell all my images in my posts to have neat little rounded corners too, but to do it without photoshopping. Because truthfully, it is annoying the heck out of me to have all these nice little rounded corners and boxes but have squared off photos. Continuity.

I may have said in jest that there was some pipe smoking going on in my head, but since Missy Kerflop thought my previous default gravatar (although at original time matched the header) was some sort of weed for smoking, I decided I better jump on changing that up right away. Now you all gravatar slow pokes have a cute little scottie dog that I smocked to represent you down there in all those lovely comments you gonna leave me. You are going to leave me some lovely comments aren’t you? Now, while I do know how cute that little scottie dog is and how good of a job I did smocking him (and I do not mind looking at my own work because I am so very good at it) I would much rather look at your own gravatars down there in those lovely comments to represent you. Please go get one. It is easy as pie.

To Holley: you are still the Biggest Mouth of all time, just check the sidebar.
To Chef: you are a few behind for the year, but you can catch up.
To both of you: be nice, play fair, no fighting, and do not run with scissors.

I do not think there is anything else at this time. Did I miss something?

Oh, why yes I did.
SmockDaddy’s long time friend from seminary days, Cancerman, has been blogging for a while now, but I would like to take a moment to welcome Chef to the blogging community. Woot! Let’s all give her a hearty welcome and go over to her blog and leave her some comment luv. She has been reading and commenting on quite a few of y’all’s* blogs for a while now. So make with a little exit strategy (but not without leaving me some love too) and go say hi.

*y’all’s - the only word in the English vocabulary with two apostrophes. It’s a Southern thang.
